Awning Windows are hinged along the top and open from the bottom, providing ventilation without allowing the wet weather to enter your home.
The advantage of this design is that the sash is easily removable for painting and it can be opened or closed in all weather conditions, without the need to remove the flyscreen.
The operable sashes are fitted with a high quality slimline winder as standard, which gives you smooth, easy opening and closing and provides you with fingertip ventilation control.
Awning Windows can be fitted with standard, toughened or laminated glass and can even be double glazed to reduce noise emissions or higher star rating circumstances.

The Double Hung Window is effectively a vertical sliding window that has been used in home construction since the 19th and 20th centuries. Historically the most common design has been the "weights and cords" Double Hung Window, which used a set of counter weights hidden in the frame to offset the weight of the sash.
The "Jambliner" Double Hung Window offers a state of the art mechanism that not only makes opening and closing the window easy, it also allows you to completely remove the sashes from inside for easy painting and cleaning. This is not normally possible with traditional Double Hung Windows.
The Jambliner system incorporated into the window is flush fitted into the side of the frame and does not require painting or maintenance. The Jambliner system also negates the need for containers to hold the counter weights (called boxed mullions). This allows the maximum amount of glass in the frame, therefore more light. The "Counter Balance" Double Hung Window combines the look of weights and cords with the modern counter balance sash system, adding that sense of tradition and technology in one package.
The heart of this new system is the counter balance mechanism, which utilises the weight of one sash to counter the weight of the other. By sliding up the inner sash, the outer sash equally moves in the opposite direction. The counter balance system also negates the need for containers to hold the counter weights.

Sashless Double Hung Windows will complement the design characteristics of your home, whilst providing superior climate control and unrestricted views.
The heart of the Homeview Sashless system is the counter balance mechanism, which utilises the weight of one sash to counter the weight of the other. By sliding up the inner sash, the outer sash equally moves in the opposite direction.
Easily installed in restricted spaces the windows and doors have integrated long life slides with self-aligning grooves and a large anti-jamming sliding clearance. The rigid centre metal track provides improved noise and weather insulation. The concealed locking feature operates in the closed or partially open position.

Sliding Windows are supplied with a sliding sash, which runs on metal channels. The advantage of this design is that the sash is easily removable for cleaning or painting and the window has excellent ventilation characteristics. Further, where there is a confined outside space the Sliding Window provides fingertip ventilation control. Sliding Windows are one of the most popular designs offering the most flexible scope for different bar configurations, whilst retaining the modern lines and the maximum glass area. Timber Sliding Windows are ideal for new construction or to replace worn-out aluminium sliders. In any case, Windows can manufacture the Sliding Window to any size. All Sliding Windows are fitted with an anti-lift security clip for added security.
